I would be lying if I said that I don’t care about the health of my hair, skin and nails. But this has not always been the matter…
My hair itself has always been the part of my body that I know the most-crazy, I know. But as someone with very frizzy and curly hair, I have always hated the volume and texture of my natural hair. Back at school, I ironed My hair with passion so that it was smooth and stuck to my face. My mother always told me to be careful with hot tools and to say that I had damaged My hair, but at the time I thought it would be more harmful to my social life to walk around with frizzy hair, so nothing stopped me. Like most things in life, always listen to your mother, because chances are she’s right.
Treat your hair to a holiday.
in the middle yo-yo dieting, abusing hot tools for my hair and wearing dummy hair extensions for my wedding, it’s safe to say that my hair was pretty hay until last year. After doing countless researches on how to give my hair the much-needed CCG, I learned how closely the health of our hair is closely linked to what we consume. I learned that if I wanted to keep my hair long, strong and shiny, it was time to look from the inside.
As I became more concerned about what I was putting into my body from a nutritional point of view, I realized how much my consumption of all-plant foods affected the appearance of my hair, skin and nails. It’s taken a lot of trial and error, but I can say with confidence that I’m cutting out my beauty routine now.

I love using your time back, filled with anti-aging antioxidants like turmeric, which repairs free radical damage to the skin—and Killer Nails – a specially designed supplement with powerful biotin that helps those nails grow long and strong!
The Maned Event? No Washing.
When it comes to hair, I discovered that the secret to healthy hair is not to wash it. Yes, you read that right. Not washing your hair is really awesome for you, and personally I don’t wash my hair more than once or twice a week now. It takes a little exercise not to get so fat.So, wash it initial every other day, then every other day, and so on. I plan my workout to wash my hair (I have to do what you have to do) and I always work out with a high bun held with an alligator clip to get it. This method is important so that your hair can absorb its natural oil! The less you wash, the less you need to dry, curl, etc., aka less time for hot tools.
Make friends with coconut oil.
The night before washing my hair, I like to use a super simple and nourishing coconut oil mask based on coconut oil. Yes, the one you can find at your local grocery store that you cook with. Keep an extra jar in your bathroom and place it on dry hair, sleep in a bun and wash it in the morning. You may have to double the shampoo to remove it, but hey, if you wash once a week, who cares? And while you’re at it, Coconut oil makes an appearance-changing moisturizer. I use it to shave and I avoid shaving in the shower and I even apply it as a Lotion when I get out of the shower. It helps my dry skin to stay very hydrated!
Take Care Of Your Scalp.
Collagen peptides are another key element for maintaining healthy hair, skin and nails. I have a spoonful of collagen peptide powder every day in the morning or afternoon with my hot lemon water or boom HUM’s collagen love pills, which also contain skin-friendly hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. In addition to being great for the skin, collagen is also excellent for digestion and joint health. I love combining this with the daily cleansing from HUM Nutrition, which contains organic algae and cleansing minerals to help me start my day with a “clean” table.
